This course is the perfect way to widen your knowledge of vocabulary and grammar on a variety of topics. The focus is on communication for use in real-life situations. It is an opportunity to improve your English in a group setting.

- Take part in oral discussions using phrases or simple sentences to express meaning;
- Listen and respond to questions using simple present or past tense on a range of topics;
- Read and discuss texts at this level to demonstrate understanding;
- Select and use words, phrases and sentences to record information.

This course, funded by UK government, is for eligible Hampshire residents aged 19+ who have learnt a little English before and wish to improve their skills and confidence in speaking. Students will be working towards E2 level.
