Who this course is for
This UK Government-funded course is for Hampshire residents aged 19+ with little or no knowledge of first aid.  It is ideal for those with personal caring responsibilities, volunteering roles, active community members or anyone looking to boost confidence and employability such as people returning to work.  It is not for businesses or workplace training. We reserve the right to refuse bookings for business use. Please note, eligibility criteria apply and must be met to attend
Prosp Aims
The course will equip the first aider with skills to be able to confidently undertake emergency first aid if someone becomes ill or injured. The course is set over one day and is instructor led, interactive and engaging with the emphasis on practical application of first aid skills. There are only practical assessments, with no theory based exams.  Should you require a certificate, the cost of this course is £30 payable directly to the tutor on the day. The course is free if you do not require a qualification.
