This course, funded by UK government is for Hampshire residents aged 19+ looking to develop a stronger sense of community. It is ideal for those with personal caring responsibilities, volunteering roles, active community members, or anyone looking to boost confidence and employability—such as people returning to work. It is not for businesses or workplace training. We reserve the right to refuse bookings for business use. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow children to attend
Prosp Aims
This is a course aimed at people with little or no first aid knowledge regarding children and babies. It is a practical Paediatric first aid program that will give the learner skills to be able to respond to everyday first aid emergencies, in the home and in the community.

The course is set over one day. This is an instructor led, interactive and engaging session, and will be certificated as Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid Qualification, for which a fee of £25 applies. A Level 3 First Aid Qualification is designed for those who have an interest in child and baby Basic Life Support, governed by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or OFSTED. This course covers life-threatening conditions including CPR, bleeding control and choking.
