Who this course is for
This inclusive course, funded by UK government, is for Hampshire residents aged 19+ who want to improve their strength and mobility.
Prosp Aims
Stay stronger for longer with this seated fitness course that will improve your mobility and strength for confidence in everyday activities. You will be guided through a series of stretch and flow routines to improve mobility seated to inspiring music. You will practice upper body strength exercises with light hand weights and the resistance band and core seated strength exercises. Working with resistance is optional. The session will conclude with balance exercises holding the chair for stability if you are able to. This is an inclusive course for all and standing at the end of the session with the aid of the chair is optional. I will also provide seated options.

No previous experience is needed.

Seated Exercise with Rachael, and Senior Fitness with Rachael.
